WHY THAT IMAGE?
We do an all team sales and capacity planning meeting all crammed into a little meeting room each Monday morning using only post-it notes and painters tape. It started out of sheer desperation in trying to schedule well using digital tools, and became such an effective way to communicate and plan that now almost the entire company shows up in person or remotely to move around stickies and sync up for the week. It's a surprisingly fun 30 minutes, and represents, to me, our aspirations to transparency and community.

What is your role and what do you do in the organization?
I lead our go to market strategy, sales and marketing. Until last year I also oversaw our development/delivery. I have been with Highland Solutions for 10 years but in this role for 3 years.
What are you most looking forward to in 2017?
Growth into customer-centric design.
