ABBY GARTNER, HEAD OF CLIENT EXPERIENCE

What is your role and what do you do in the organization?

I am the Head of Client Experience at PunchKick.  I oversee all of our client relationships and ensure that PunchKick is operating in such a way to sustain happy, long-term clients and smart growth.

What are you most looking forward to in 2018?

I am looking forward to taking a trip to Germany with my dad to explore our ancestry.

What was your favorite course in school that has nothing to do with your profession?

I enjoyed International Human Rights class. The topics were something you could get passionate about, and the professor threw wine parties at this house once a month.

BILLY COLLINS, PRINCIPAL/STRATEGY LEAD

What is your role and what do you do in the organization?

I am the Principal/Strategy Lead at PunchKick.

What are you most looking forward to in 2018?

I am looking forward to our growth trajectory, streamlining our reporting, making reporting a key part of decision-making, and raising the bar for quality execution.

What was your favorite course in school that has nothing to do with your profession?

Endurance Running was my favorite course.  I took this as my Human Performance elective one year in undergrad, outran the entire class, and started skipping—WITH THE TEACHER—to go run on our own. The teacher and I also met every Friday morning to do long runs because running around Waco, Texas before 5 a.m. is an awful idea, but is made slightly less awful if you have someone to share it with.
