CTO2

WHY THAT IMAGE?

We believe Connection, Autonomy, Excellence and Diversity are the building blocks to a healthy culture and they are our building blocks at CTO2. While we collaborate often and are on Slack or texting 6-10 hours a day, we are rarely in the same physical place at the same time. We are both out learning/teaching/evangelizing/thought leading in the communities of technology, agile, talent, HR and leadership. Our culture is one that fully recognizes and values what the other person/people (our "guests") bring to our table. We invite new people to "break bread" with us often because we believe that diversity of thoughts, perspectives and experiences build the best solutions.
